Eligibility: Must be age 60+ and able to meet community's admission criteria for independent and/or assisted living. Call for details.
Fees: Rental rates are: $2,887 - $3,677. Community fee is equal to first month's rent. Second person fee varies. Pets allowed with additional charge.

Program Description:
Independent living and MUAHS-registered assisted living community featuring assisted care services and therapy services available on-site. Must be age 60+ and health status must be appropriate for community's ability to support at time of admission. Rates include cable, internet, and utilities (except phone), full kitchen, housekeeping, 24-hour security, laundry facilities, group activities, scheduled transportation, and flexible meal plans to choose from. RN on site Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM; on-call otherwise. CNA coverage 24/7. On-site home health services available through Living Well @ Home, Inc. Short-term respite stays possible with minimum of 30 days. On-site assisted care available to provide help with activities of daily living, medication assistance and reminders, and more.
