Program Details

Hours: Office hours: Tuesday, 10AM to 2PM; Wednesday, 4PM to 8PM; Thursday-Saturday, 10AM to 2PM; Closed Sunday and Monday.
Eligibility: Anyone with a desire to stop drinking
Fees: Self-supporting; a basket is passed at the meetings for donations (no one is required to give)
Intake Process: Call organization directly or come to a meeting
Service Area: Wake, Franklin, and Warren counties

Program Description:

Self-directed program that offers emotional support to alcoholics and family members of alcoholics. Website has listing of local groups with times and meeting places, (and is more frequently updated than their mail-out lists). Please note, there are separate listings for "Closed" meetings and "Open" meetings. "Closed" meetings are for alcoholics only. "Open" meetings are for anyone in the community, including friends and family of alcoholics.
