Program Description:
Affordable senior apartment building, adjacent to Capital Towers I, for age 55+. 90 units. Income must be under $33,600 for individuals, or $38,400 for couples. Rents are NOT subsidized. Specials are sometimes available. Monthly rent includes all utilities except phone and satellite connection. Apartments have grab bars and emergency call button in bathrooms. On bus line and near shopping (mall and grocery).
