Program Description:
Hospice provider, serving individuals with limited life expectancy as certified by a physician. Hospice can cover medical care, home nursing services, medications, medical equipment and supplies, etc. Note: Amedisys also has locations that provide home health services, including an office in Chapel Hill that can be reached at 919-401-3000.
