Program Description:
Affordable 2- and 3-bedroom apartments open to tenants of all ages. 80 units. Also has handicapped-accessible units. Income must meet guidelines. Some units are open to people with incomes up to 60% of area median income ($33,600 for 1 person; $38,400 for 2 people), while the remainder are reserved for those in lower income categories. Section 8 vouchers are accepted. No pets allowed. Located in Wakefield development, just south of Wake Forest. From I-540, take Capital Blvd/ US 1 North exit. Go 6 miles, turn left on New Falls of Neuse. Turn left on Common Oaks Dr. Wakefield Hills is ahead on right.
