Eligibility: Applicants must have income below $33,720 for one person or $38,520 for two (60% of area median income); some units reserved for lower incomes. Not age-restricted.
Fees: Rents are 1BR: $346 & $510; 2BR: $400 & $635; 3BR $710-, depending on income and size of unit.

Program Description:
63-unit mixed age affordable apartment community. Has 14 one-bedroom, 46 two-bedroom, and 3 three-bedroom apartments, with 4 handicapped-accessible units. On-site amenities include a separate community building with kitchenette, laundry facility, community room, computer center, management office, as well as an on-site playground. Property located on bus line and within walking distance of shopping center. 16 units are reserved for households earning 30% of area median income (AMI) or less; and the balance are reserved for households below 60% AMI. 13 units are reserved for households headed by individuals with disabilities, families with children who have disabilities, or households that were formerly homeless. Rents for these units are affordable for households with extremely low incomes, and residents will be able to access Key Program operating assistance.
