Program Description:
Mixed-age affordable housing complex with 44 units. Two- and three-bedroom apartments available. Residents must have income below 50% of area median income ($33,600 for one person, $38,400 for two in 2016). Located in the Mini-City area of Raleigh at the intersection of Hollenden and Spring Forest Roads. No pets.
