Fees: Rents: 1 BR $346-567; 2 BR $588-654; 3 BR $660-790. Rents vary depending on resident's income category.

Residents must have income below 60% of area median income (AMI); some units reserved for residents below 40% or below 30% of AMI. Located in Cary, at the intersection of High House and Old Apex Rds. The complex is part of DHIC's larger Highland Village community, which also includes apartments for seniors and townhomes for sale.
