Program Description:
Mixed age affordable housing with 60 units, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom. Income must be below 60% of area median income. Some units are reserved for lower income categories. Four 3-story buildings. 6 handicapped-accessible units. Non-smoking community including grounds. No pets allowed.
