Program Description:
Provides very thorough, multidisciplinary, diagnostic evaluation of memory impairment, confusion, behavioral changes and intellectual decline. Includes patient and family support groups, counseling and treatment options. Also has information about, and provides access to, research trials for new medications. Referrals must come from a physician.
