Program Description:
Medicare/ Medicaid-certified home health agency. Provides skilled nursing and occupational, physical, and speech therapy; and CNA services only for brief bed/ bath visits in conjunction with skilled services. NO private duty services or sitters, no Medicaid IHCA/PCS aide services. Also offers a balance dysfunction program called Safe Strides, orthopedics, and psychological nursing. In addition offers social work (community out-reach service) and memory/dementia care prog for clients only.
