Program Description:
Services include support groups, DME short-term loans and referrals, educational seminars, literature on a variety of MS-related topics, care management, family programs, and short-term financial assistance for crisis situations or medical needs. A short-term respite program for family caregivers can provide financial assistance to purchase home care to give the caregiver a break. These funds are readily available and there is not a long wait list or difficult eligibility criteria. The amount of funds available to an applicant is based on income.
