Hours: Office hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30AM to 5:00PM
Eligibility: Anyone below income maximums; all ages. No longer takes Section 8.
Fees: Phase I (Rental Assistance), rent is 30% of monthly income; Phase II (Rental Assistance), rent is 30% of monthly income. Call for details. No longer takes Section 8.
Intake Process: Call for an application; when completed, will be placed on wait list.

Program Description:

Privately-owned apartments for all ages with rent subsidized by Rural Development. Rent is based on a percentage of income. Has 2 phases with combined total of 88 units. Phase I has 56 units with rental assistance; Phase II has 32 units with rental assistance. Tenants must have income below $28,000 for one, or $32,000 for two. Only service animals for disabled are allowed. Approximately 1-2 year wait list. NO LONGER TAKES SECTION 8.
