Program Details
Eligibility: Must be age 62 or older and independent when you enter this facility.
Fees: Standard entrance fee plan with declining refund for four years. Entrance fee plans are also available with lifetime refund based on 90% & 50%. Monthly service charges vary with size of apartment or cottage.
Intake Process: Call to schedule appointment and request placement on wait list. Priority wait list requires deposit and application fee.

Program Description:
Nonprofit continuing care retirement community with three levels of care: retirement living, assisted living and skilled care. Skilled nursing level is both Medicare- and Medicaid-certified. Fees vary depending on accommodations and level of care. Offers 24-hour security, health care facility use, housekeeping, linen service, and transportation. The facility consists of 164 apartments and 48 cottages. An adult day care section called The Glade is also available for persons who require supervised activities during the day--(see separate program entry).
