Applicants must go through the public housing application process and will be offered the first available public housing unit of the appropriate size. Units are very rarely available for prospective residents to view. Residents must be 50 or older. (Federal preference is given to applicants age 62 and older). This is a high-rise building with 286 efficiency and one-bedroom apartments. All utilities, appliances, and air conditioning are included in monthly rent. Has an indoor cardiovascular fitness room.
