Program Description:
Will provide free clothing and furniture for seniors in crisis. Provides food for needy at food pantry. Need referral from WCHS, but will accept self-referral if emergency. Will do food basket distribution to the elderly. Sponsors weekend meal program for anyone hungry. CALL FIRST...NEED AN APPOINTMENT FOR ASSISTANCE--NO MORE WALK-INS. Provides clothing and household items at low cost in thrift store locations. Will also pick up unwanted items (must be in good condition) from your home, and deliver them to their store locations. Other locations: Thrift Store, 5713 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27606, 919-854-2555, Mon-Sat 9-6 Thrift Store and Food Pantry, 16 S Pine Street, Wendell, NC 27591, 919-365-0757, Mon-Sat 8:30-5:30.
