Program Details
Eligibility: Accepts Medicaid, private insurance, LTC insurance, or private pay only; no Medicare.
Fees: $18-20/ hr for private pay CNA, 4-hour minimum. Also have a "bed and bath" service at $50 per 2-hour visit.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing private duty nursing, private pay and Medicaid personal care aides, and companions. Aides are permitted to transport clients only when payer source is private pay or eligible through CAP Medicaid. Evening, weekend, 24-hour, and live-in services are available. Company has provided proof of insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients, and also for theft or dishonesty by employees (verified 2014).
