Eligibility: Determined by RN at in-home evaluation
Fees: Homemaker: $16.00/hr (4-hr min); CNA: $17.50/hr (4-hr min); live-in $275/day
Intake Process: RN will make home visit to assess client for appropriateness

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency, providing private-pay services including in-home aides, companions, homemakers and live-in providers. Also provides PCS and CAP/DA Medicaid services. Aides are permitted to provide transportation for private pay clients. Can staff weekday, weekend, evening, and 24-hr care. Also has a post-surgery assistance service providing a ride home after outpatient surgery, plus post-surgery personal care and meal preparation (2-hour minimum). Company has provided proof of insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients, and also for theft or dishonesty by employees (verified 2014).
