Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM
Eligibility: Blind as well as those with impaired vision (worse than 20/70), or those with progressive eye diseases.
Fees: Some services on a sliding scale.

Program Description:
Programs for the visually impaired including counseling, education, rehabilitation, eye care, and independent living services. Operate Vocational Rehabilitation, an Independent Living Rehabilitation Program, and community-based mini-centers teaching life skills to individuals with severe visual impairments who wish to remain independent.
