Program Description:
Website explains the DMV medical evaluation program, including how to make a referral for a parent, neighbor, patient, or anyone else that you feel may not be capable of safe driving for medical reasons. Referrals may come from driver's license examiners, physicians, highway patrol/police, or family members and friends. Advanced age is not, in itself, a sufficient reason for evaluation. Requests must be submitted in writing, signed, and may not be submitted anonymously.
