Program Description:
Medicare-Medicaid certified home health agency providing home health aides, nurses, PT, OT, ST, companion services and medical social workers. Also provides private-duty aides, RN's and LPN's. Not accepting Medicaid PCS referrals at this time. Does accept certain insurance. Proof of liability insurance provided 11/25/2013. Proof updated 8/31/2016.
