Fees: Application fee: $25.00. Rents from $379-1,001 depending on income and size of unit.

Program Description:
Affordable senior housing apartments for residents age 55 and over. 55 units, with one- and two-bedroom apartments available. Near downtown Raleigh (former Chavis Heights location; Bright Creek Way at MLK Blvd and Chavis Way). Residents' income must be less than 60% of area median income ($33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two). Two-story building with elevator. Amenities include laundry rooms, computer room, exercise room. Section 8 accepted. Dogs and cats allowed with required pet deposit and weight restrictions (call for more information).
