Eligibility: 55 and older, annual income of $12000 or less, personal care needs, no full Medicaid, within Raleigh city limits

Program Description:
This Raleigh-funded program is administered as part of RFS Cost Share In Home Services. Funding is very limited and openings are rare. City 05 Program Criteria 1. Must reside within Raleigh zip code areas. 2. Must be 55 years or older and have needs relative to personal care and home management. Respite for family caregivers is not a service need that can be accommodated by this program. 3. There is a minimal hourly fee charged to the client for each hour of service provided. The income level for service is $12,000 or less on an annual basis. 4. Must NOT be full Medicaid eligible.
