Saturday Daybreak is an adult group respite program offered on alternating Saturdays at Resources for Seniors' Departure Drive Total Life Center in Raleigh, and Bond Park Total Life Center in Cary. Just as in other Total Life Center programs, participants interact with staff and other participants in discussions and activities to provide pleasant experiences including good nutrition, and exercise of mental and physical abilities. Group Respite Programs are designed to offer additional relief for caretakers who need a break while their loved ones are cared for in a safe, caring and supportive setting. **All Total Life Center Group Respite Programs are private pay only. Departure Drive TLC Directions from I-440 (Raleigh Beltline): Exit onto US 1 North (Capitol Blvd-Exit 11) toward Wake Forest. Turn left onto Millbrook Road. Continue on Millbrook through the Green Road intersection. Turn right onto Departure Drive at the US Post Office. Once on Departure, pass the entrance for Steel Dynamics, Inc. on the right and take the next driveway for the Total Life Center and Data First. The Total Life Center is on the left side of the shared building in Suite 101. Cary Bond Park TLC Directions: The Center is located adjacent to the Cary Senior Center in Bond Park, near the intersection of Cary Parkway and High House Road. From I-40, take exit 293 (I-440 South - this is Hwy 64 & 1) going towards Apex and Sanford. Exit at the Cary Parkway. Turn right on Cary Parkway at the end of the exit ramp. Go past the lights at Kildaire Farm Road and Old Apex Road. Turn right onto High House Road at Preston Corners. Follow High House Road for approximately 2 city blocks and turn right on Maury O'Dell Place (this is the first entrance for Fred G. Bond Metro Park). The first building on the right is the TLC, continue to the second entrance on the right for the Cary Senior Center.
