Fees: No fee for information and referral via phone or in-person consultations.

Program Description:
Provides information about resources and services available for older adults and the disabled in Wake County, and receives referrals for any Resources for Seniors program. Phones are staffed by trained information and referral specialists, during RFS business hours, who can assist callers in getting the information needed, and can mail, e-mail or fax information on a variety of topics. In-person consultations also available at our Raleigh office if questions cannot be resolved by telephone. The RFS website can also be a helpful tool in providing information and resources available.
