Eligibility: Age 62+, or mobility-disabled if applying for handicapped-accessible unit. Income must be below $26,600 for one person or $30,400 for two.

Program Description:
Subsidized senior apartments with 32 "garden-style" units. Rent based on income. RFS Service Coordinator available, and grocery shopping transportation is provided twice per month. Tenants must be age 62+, or mobility-disabled (for handicapped-accessible units). Open to families where the head of household is at least age 62, even if other family members are younger. Wait list is about 1 year.
