Program Description:
Subsidized senior apartments in former Sir Walter Hotel in downtown Raleigh. Residents must be age 62+. 140 units. Efficiency, one, and two bedroom units, with 14 handicapped-accessible units. RFS provides grocery shopping transportation, and the building has a part-time service coordinator. Rent is based on income, and utilities are included.
