Program Details
Hours: Office hours: Mon-Fri, 7AM-5PM. Availability 24 hours/ 7days a week, with 24/7 answering service.
Eligibility: All
Fees: Bus (wheelchair lift-equipped): inside Wake County = $100 round trip, outside Wake = $100 round trip plus $1.35 per mile; SUV (seating for up to 7 passengers) inside Wake County = $90 round trip, outside Wake = $90 round trip plus $1.25 per mile; Weekend & Holiday Rates: round trip inside Wake County = Bus at $175 and SUV at $125/ round trip outside Wake = Bus at $175/$1.35 per mile and SUV = $125/$1.25 per mile; Wait time, if needed = $25 per hour (any portion of an hour).

Program Description:
Special needs transportation service, including handicapped transportation. Will transport in wheelchair, but not stretchers. Have 70 drivers on staff. Will help clients in and out of vehicle, but will not lift a passenger.
