Eligibility: Seniors and disabled adults aged 18 and older
Fees: $65/day for Adult Day Care. $18/hour with 2-hour minimum for Home Care. Overnight Respite also available - call for pricing.

Program Description:
Southeastern offers services to help alleviate the strain of in-home and in-community care for older adults and adults with disabilities, who have a desire to remain in their own home. Through our Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Adult Day Health, Home Health, Overnight Respite and other therapeutic services, we assist seniors and disabled adults with vital activities of daily living, health monitoring, and social interaction. Agency has liability insurance (verified 2017).
