Program Description:
Life Care Community (continuing care retirement community) with independent living through skilled level of care, with special Alzheimer's unit in the nursing facility. Monthly fees include utilities, 1-3 meals daily, weekly housekeeping, transportation to medical appointments, and an on-site outpatient clinic. Assisted care level beds also available for direct admission, depending on availability and circumstances.
