Program Description:
Any observations of signs of physical, verbal or emotional abuse, self-neglect, caretaker neglect or exploitation, including financial, should be reported by the observer. Evaluations must be initiated by a social worker within 72 hours. EMERGENCIES are evaluated within 24 hours.
