Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30AM to 5:15PM
Eligibility: Open to all Wake County residents

Program Description:

All calls for the health department go through Wake County Human Services central intake. Also operates regional centers in Zebulon and Wake Forest (as listed above.) Offers health check clinic and other services including education, TB tests, immunizations and flu vaccines. Fees based on income.
