Program Description:
WakeMed is a private, not-for-profit healthcare system which includes medical centers, ambulatory care centers, outpatient facilities, and other health resources. Full service inpatient hospitals are located in Raleigh and Cary. "Healthplexes" that include emergency, lab, imaging, and outpatient services are located in Apex, Garner, Brier Creek (Western Raleigh), and North Raleigh.
