Program Description:
Membership program designed for adults with activity limitations who are independent with self-care and medical-care needs, and who are not appropriate for other adult day care programs or senior centers. These clients are typically younger and more active than most day care participants, and have less need for supervision. The program offers support with social, health, fitness, and recreational needs, including recreational programs, health/ leisure education, supportive counseling, use of fitness equipment, socialization, exercise classes, community outings, volunteer opportunities. Meets every Tuesday and Thursday at WakeMed Health Park.
