Program Description:
Continuing care retirement community with full range of care including: Independent Living- cottages and apartments; Independent Plus- studios, one bedrooms and suites; Assisted Living; Secure Memory Care (Dementia/ Alzheimer's) Unit; Skilled Nursing Care (Medicare-certified). Unlike some CCRCs, Windsor Point will admit residents directly into assisted living and Alzheimer's units. The usual substantial entrance fee is reduced to a $5,000 one-time payment, in addition to the regular monthly or daily rates. Residents are admitted directly into nursing care only if they have a spouse entering the community at a less restrictive level of care.
