Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM; Closed 12:00-1:00PM (Lunch) 24/7 on-call emergency support
Eligibility: Anyone with referral
Fees: No charge for evaluation. Administration will verify insurance and client will be charged applicable deductible/co-insurance amount. Medicare and Medicaid accepted.

Provider of prosthetic and orthotic services for individuals. Offer most recent technology available on the market, including microprocessor feet and knees and walk aide for footdrop, as well as diabetic/therapeutic shoes and inserts.
