Fees: Based on Medicare/ Medicaid rates. No private duty aides.
Intake Process: Have physician call with orders for services needed.

Program Description:
Offers home health care services including skilled nursing care, rehabilitation therapies, medical social services, and certified nursing assistants. Nurse's aide available only if also receiving skilled services. Medicare, Medicaid and private insurance accepted. Company has provided proof of insurance coverage for property damage or physical injury to clients, and also for theft or dishonesty by employees. Proof of liability insurance provided September 2013.
