Program Description:
Rex Senior Health Center provides primary healthcare services for seniors age 65 and older. The team of health care providers consists of physicians, registered nurses, and social worker. Accepting new Medicare patients. As of October 2015, this practice is located at the new Advance Community Health Care facility on Rock Quarry Rd.
