Hours: Monday-Thursday, 8:30AM to 12:30PM
Eligibility: Must be age 62 or older. Income must be less than 50% of area median income ($27,600 for one person, or $31,550 for two).
Fees: Rent based on income
Intake Process: Call for application and to be placed on wait list. Wait list is about 1 year.

Program Description:
Subsidized senior apartments with 40 units, all one-bedroom. Tenants must be age 62 or older. Handicapped-accessible building; two units are specifically designed for the mobility-impaired. Rent is based upon income and medical expenses. Service Coordinator and grocery shopping transportation provided by RFS. Educational seminars, weekly activities such as bingo, cookouts, etc.
