Program Description:
This agency creates affordable housing opportunities for North Carolinians whose needs are not met by the market. Administers both state and federal housing programs. The agency maintains an accessible apartment locator of the apartments it finances and provides financing to non-profits and local governments for the development of rental housing for persons with special needs.
