Fees: Independent Living: $3245 - 5450/ month; Assisted Living: $5673 - 6455 (could be higher for greater needs, based on assessment); Memory Care: $5935-6610. Call for current rates.

Program Description:
Rental retirement community which includes both independent living and assisted living section. Assisted living section is licensed for 84 residents, which includes an Alzheimer's unit. No skilled nursing care. Rental basis (no buy-in fee). Cottages and apartments available for independent living. Common dining room, activities, housecleaning, emergency response system, maintenance services, and more. Full schedule of activities. Wait list is usually less than 90 days. Short-term respite is available on a case-by-case basis.
