Program Description:
The Heritage is an independent living rental retirement community with 219 total units. While licensed assisted living is not provided by this community, "personalized living" is offered to all residents and assists those who may need assistance with activities of daily living (bath, dressing, grooming, etc.), medication reminders, etc. 24-hour staffing for these residents is provided by an in-house licensed home care company. Innovative Senior Care is an on-site home health agency providing Medicare-certified services for residents who need temporary skilled services such as nursing, or physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The Heritage offers meal plan options, indoor swimming pool, fitness center, social activities and outings, weekly housekeeping, transportation, and 24-hour concierge services. The Heritage is a rental community, so there is no endowment or buy-in fee. Also offers short term stays at $100 per day for a studio apartment; home health services additional. Short-term respite is available on a case-by-case basis.
