Program Description:
Licensed home health agency providing private duty RNs, LPNs, personal care aides and companions. Provides Medicaid CAP/DA, PDN and CAP-C services. Aides are allowed to provide transportation to clients. Live-in services are available. Can staff 24-hour, evening and weekend care. Offers "Bed and Bath" visits (private pay). Complimentary RN assessments. Proof of liability insurance provided 11/21/2013. A separate office of the same company provides skilled home health services covered by Medicare.
