Program Description:
Affordable senior housing apartment complex for those age 55+. 20 units. One and two bedrooms. Two rent levels based on income. Income must be below $22,400 (40% median income) or $33,600 (60% median income) for one person; and $25,600 (40% median income) or $38,400 (60% median income) for two persons. Small pets allowed.
