Program Description:
Affordable senior housing complex with one- and two-bedroom units for residents age 55+. 48 units. Has 8 handicapped-accessible units, 3 of which have a wheel-in shower. Income must be less than $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two (some units have lower limits). Accepts Section 8 vouchers. Small pets allowed under 25 lbs. (one per apartment).
