Program Description:
Affordable senior housing complex with 24 one bedroom units and 24 two-bedroom units. Residents must be age 55 or older, with income below 60% of area median income (in 2014, $33,600 for one person or $38,400 for two). Some units have lower limits. Located near the corner of Trawick Road and Skycrest Road in East Raleigh. Currently accepting applications for waiting list.
