Affordable housing for seniors age 55+. Three-story complex with 96 one- and two-bedroom apartments. Water/sewer and garbage fees included in rent. Offer private patio/deck, large bedrooms, large accessible bathrooms, emergency pull cords in bed and bath, and a washer and dryer. Amenities include a secure entry system, library, warming kitchen in media area, craft and fitness room, computer center, swimming pool with gazebo and picnic area, walking trail, and community lounges on all floors.
