Program Description:
HELP is a personal emergency response system. Call center is located in South Carolina. This a concierge service that encourages users to utilize the system for frequent contact and reassurance, not just for emergency situations. Clients can request the monitoring center contact their doctor, pharmacy, home health provider, even a family member, etc. When the button is used, there is no alarm sound, the monitoring center just comes on the line.
