Hours: Monday-Friday, 8AM to 5PM; plus 24/7 "on-call" line, including holidays
Eligibility:
Fees: $17.85-24.00 per hour, depending on number of hours; 3 or 4-hour minimum per visit.
Intake Process: Call for free initial assessment by RN.

Program Description:
Licensed home care agency providing both personal care and companion care. Accepts private pay and long-term care insurance. Does not provide Medicare or Medicaid-funded services or skilled services. Aides are permitted to provide transportation to clients. Can provide evening, weekend, and 24-hour services. Proof of liability insurance provided September 2013.
