Eligibility: Uninsured working families ages 18 and older; must be a resident of Wake County
Fees: Fee charged for each office visit, based on income. Typically $20-$70 per visit.

Program Description:
Faith-based medical ministry established to serve the uninsured working families in Wake County in need of affordable primary medical care. DOES NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE, MEDICAID OR ANY TYPE OF PRIVATE INSURANCE AND MUST BE A WORKING FAMILY, WITH NO MEDICAL INSURANCE. Alliance provides primary care services on an appointment basis to provide consistent, affordable care for a variety of conditions.
